Brilliant, innovative, original, clear and genuine. These are just some of the adjectives that don't describe William's writing. His personal tutor referred to his writing as bipolar, uninspired and generally as enjoyable as a blood clot.

He's a fan of film, music and literature, but his real passion lies in finger foods. His budding career as a freelance journalist finances his love affair with the sandwich.

For the time being, The London Project is the reason he wakes up in the morning, that and his daily sandwich.
