The problem with the environment is maybe not to be really able to judge the arguments advocated by a part or an other...
Every body is now supposed to have an "opinion" on CO2, energy suppliers and so on...and to be consequently able to defend this opinion when needed, for example when choosing a new system of heating, a new president, a new car or a new bin.
How many people really knows what they are defending so well, or at least, what they are being asked to defend with such a growing energy?
What we're saying about environment, we, poor non-scientifically-trained people, is that what we KNOW? or just what we are used to hear?
It is not to say environmentalists are liing, but it is just to notice we don't know whether they're right or wrong, but we're following...If there was no environmental policies at stake, i wouldn't mind, but i guess it would be interesting to realise the full impact of those policies before backing them with all our recycled energy.
