The Camden Green Fair Festival held on Sunday has inaugurated London Sustainability Week.
The London Fairtrade Campaign joins the environmental mobilisation effort by screening films that show how unfair trade practices affect producers and growers in the developing world. Each screening will also feature a discussion panel on different fairtrade aspects.
The festival includes subversive independent productions such as Black Gold, which denounces multinational coffee companies, as well as Leonardo DiCaprio's mainstream hit Blood Diamond.
The festival is on screen at three central London cinemas until 27 June.
